The Quality Policy is part of the global policy of the Company. Through the guidelines defined in its Quality Management System, GNERA aims to achieve its General Objectives.
The GNERA Management believes that achieving optimum Quality in its processes must go hand in hand with a complete respect for Environment and Ethical behaviour in all its actions, and that these elements will therefore be incorporated into all the Organisation’s work procedures.
One of the basic principles of management is to demand from each of the individuals (staff or subcontractors) involved in our processes, that they take full responsibility in the activities they carry out and adhere to a Code of Conduct, both individually and according to the role they perform.
Tools are established such as self-control, checklists, forums and coordination meetings to support this principle as effectively as possible. It is a priority to guarantee complete fulfilment of this quality policy, based on the legal requirements and international regulation ISO 9001:2000, for the implementation of Process Management Systems.
